CONA is a unique conceptual space combining a coffee shop and a nail salon. Conveniently located at the heart of London, CONA is your newest haven for coffee sips and nail tips.
We’re now looking for friendly and energetic Full Time Baristas to join us in brewing the best coffees and beverages for our customers.
You will be responsible for providing great, genuine customer service whilst being able to produce drinks to a consistently high standard. We employ all-rounders who are happy to assist in the daily operations of the café.
We have the best equipment on hand so that you can show off your skills and take pride in your work. We use La Marzocco espresso machines, Mahlkonig and Weber Workshop grinders.
We are looking for applicants who: Are passionate about coffee and hospitality Are willing to adapt and learn, flexible and a team player Have a positive attitude Have exceptional customer service Are efficient working under pressure, able to work in a fast paced environment Have experience dialling in espresso Can pour good latte art Pays attention to details Maintains high standards
