at Terrone & Co. Coffee Roasters
An opportunity to join a dynamic, small, and diverse team with exposure to a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. We’re looking for a super-organised, coffee-loving legend to join the Terrone & Co. Mafia Crew as our Operations & Account Manager.
It’s a hands-on, varied role that keeps things ticking behind the scenes while making sure our wholesale partners are happy and looked after. You’ll be the go-to person for all things wholesale—chatting with partners over email, sorting out the occasional espresso machine drama, running barista training sessions, and popping in to visit accounts around London (and sometimes further afield).
What You’ll Be Doing: • Help wholesale clients choose the right coffee—balancing flavour profiles, quality, and pricing. • Oversee daily operations in our roastery, including order management, packing, and dispatching. • Build and maintain strong relationships with cafés, businesses, and partners. • Provide hands-on support for equipment—including installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining espresso machines and grinders. • Use software tools like accounting platforms, order management systems, and design apps (e.g. Photoshop) to support operations and marketing. • Contribute creatively through newsletters, social media content, and campaigns that share our story and connect with our community.
We’re Looking for Someone Who: • Enjoys connecting with people and has strong customer service skills. • Is comfortable using software tools and switching between operational and creative tasks. • Has solid knowledge of coffee—from farm to cup, including roasting and brewing. • Can run short training sessions to teach basic barista skills to wholesale customers and home users. • Can confidently manage logistics and team schedules. • Has some technical ability—or is keen to learn—when it comes to installing and servicing coffee equipment (not essential).
Perks: • Small team with no frills: no Managing Directors or Heads of Brand breathing down your neck asking for the latest sales trends and pricing updates on a whiteboard. • No micromanaging from the owners (sometimes?)… • Free lunches most days (cook your own pasta with random stir-in sauce, on the house). • Free coffee and beans to take home. • Access to brewing gear at cost price.
